I see you
my other half.
We are two halves that make a whole
We are also two wrongs that make a right.
We are north and south poles.
We are positive and negative charges.
We complete each other
like milk and cookies.
Many might not know
But there is an unremovable weight on your ankle.
It sets you back,
makes you struggle.
Many might see you as a weakling,
but I know you’re strong inside.
Your strength is not shown in the size of your muscles.
It is not shown by overpowering others.
Your strength is shown in your perseverance.
It is shown in your determination.
The best part about you is what you give to others.
You give something
irreplaceable, priceless, unique.
Unlike most gifts
yours is not something that one can wrap and give to someone.
Your gift that is transferred from one person to the other unknowingly like a cold.
A gift called laughter.
Your comic words and actions cause everyone to chuckle.
Simply
you are the wonderful to my day.
You are the sweet to my potato fries.
You are the sugar to my cookies.
You are my everything.
